Our goal here at Old Smokey’s is to provide hassle-free chimney and dryer vent services. To make things as smooth as possible for you and for our sweeps, we’ve put together a few appointment tips:

• For faster service, try to schedule non-emergency services during the spring and summer months.
• For the safety of our technicians, we ask that you refrain from using your appliance in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment. We also ask that you remove all ash from the firebox.
• If you have any breakable or delicate items in the 5-6 ft area surrounding the appliance being serviced, please move them before the appointment.
